MULCHING/CHIPPING

MULCHING: A protective covering placed around plants to prevent the evaporation of moisture, the freezing of roots, and the growth of weeds.

CHIPPING: A machine used for the grinding up of tree limbs or branches into woodchips.

VISTA VIEW PRUNING

Vista view pruning is the pruning/removals of trees in an area to maintain the “view” from a window, in an area that has a picturesque view. It helps to keep the same view that the clients want.

UTILITY LINE CLEARING

Service involves clearing areas around utility lines reaching from the road into your home to control tree growth around and under power lines. This will ensure your power stays on and free from damage during unexpected wind, rain and snow storms. Owen’s will arrangement with your hydro company to have the power turned off while the work is being done and turned back on, as soon as the work is completed.

FIREWOOD SALES

We sell split/mixed face cords, split/mixed bush cords, un-split mixed bush cords or by the bag. The purchase of logs are also available. Available for delivery or pick-up from our office in Caledon. Please call to make further arrangements for deliveries.
